Check project fit

Share project details
Tell us who will use the home and what matters most, then leave your contact details. - 03
Confirmation & payment
The team confirms the scope and sends an official invoice. Transfer only to the account in the name of the BV company shown on the invoice; you can check the invoice is genuine on the Verification page. Check a document → - 04
Site visit
Once payment is verified, the site visit is scheduled with you. - 05
Diagnostic Report (PDF)
The report is delivered within 2 working days once the minimum data is complete, then reviewed with you.
Limits
What the Diagnostic is not
- Not a quotation or bill of quantities. Cost ranges in the report are indicative; final figures come after design and quantities are defined.
- Not a structural test. Observations are visual and non-destructive; soil or structural testing is scoped separately if needed.
- Not a full design. The Diagnostic gives a direction and a list of decisions, not working drawings.
After the report, BV only proposes Design or Design & Build services if they are relevant to the findings and your needs. The report remains yours to use in whatever decision you make.
Who is the Diagnostic for?
Owners of a plot or building planning a new home, a major renovation, an interior or a commercial space, who want to understand the site, needs, budget and risks before design begins. If you are still looking for land, the Diagnostic is usually more useful once a plot is chosen.
How long does it take?
The site visit is a single visit, scheduled with you once payment is verified. The Diagnostic Report (PDF) is delivered within 2 working days once the minimum data is complete.
Is the Diagnostic fee deducted from the design fee?
It is not deducted; costs for the next stage are explained in the proposal. The Diagnostic is a service in its own right, and you can use the report for whatever decision you make.
Which areas do you cover?
Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek). For locations outside this area, the team first checks whether a visit is feasible and what travel costs apply before confirming.
What should I prepare?
The address or location pin, photos of current conditions if any, the land certificate/site plan or old drawings if available, a list of space needs, a budget range, and who is involved in the decision.
